BLUEFIELD, Va. — Bluefield University is offering a 15% tuition discount exclusively for new students enrolling in online bachelor’s and master’s degree programs during the March 2025 (Spring 2) term. This limited-time discount applies only to courses taken in the Spring 2 term, making higher education more affordable and accessible for working adults.
This announcement follows the university’s Board of Trustees approving a tuition freeze and discounts for on-campus programs for the 2025-2026 academic year. The discount applies to online programs, giving new students the flexibility to pursue their degrees while balancing work, family, and other commitments.
“We want to empower more students to achieve their educational and career goals through accessible and affordable faith-based education,” said Steve Peterson, president of Bluefield University.
Bluefield University offers online bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. Graduate programs include multiple MBA pathways (finance, healthcare administration, human services, justice administration, and leadership), educational leadership, human services and counseling, and clinical mental health counseling. The university also offers graduate level degrees in nursing and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

The 15% discount applies to new students enrolling in an online bachelor’s or master’s degree program, with two exceptions: the M.A. in Biomedical Sciences and the M.H.S. in Anesthesiology. These specialized programs remain competitively priced at their current rates.
Enrollment for the March term is now open, and students are encouraged to apply quickly to take advantage of this limited time offer. Financial aid and scholarships are also available for eligible students.
