Earn an Online Leadership & Innovation Degree

Learn fundamental theories about leadership, and develop a plan for raising your personal leadership skills to the next level in the leadership and innovation program. You’ll practice your critical thinking and problem-solving skills as you study real-world situations leaders face. By the end of the program, your leadership toolbox will be filled with the skills employers want, including teamwork, communication, negotiation, a positive attitude, and an ethical character.

With your degree, you’ll be able to lead in a variety of organizations. Employers are looking for graduates with strong leadership skills who know how to lead people and teams. Perhaps, you might serve in a human resources position, manage a team of sales representatives, lead in a government organization, or manage a nonprofit. There is no limit to the job opportunities available to graduates who can communicate, as well as lead and motivate others.
